Flyers and surveys can be mailed to a prospect database. You can then allow people to respond by mail or invite them to fill in an on-line version of the mail piece on your homepage. A link can be set up for anyone to pull up this on-line version of your survey, fill it out and press a button to e-mail it back to you.
