SEMINARS |

Staff Development Seminars: An on-going series of seminars on a variety of current topics. While the subjects can change with today's business headlines, they include FLSA updates, writing employee handbooks, interviewing skills, compensation, ADA updates, COBRA compliance, safety and first aid, fork lift operators training, and computer training. You can also check the Calendar of Events to see when these seminars are scheduled. |
TRAINING |

Extensive information of our Institutes on Supervisory Development, Management Leadership, Human Resource, Sales, Communications, and ISO Networks. All NIBA programs carry CEU credits, and a number of programs are approved for partial funding through Prairie State 2000 grants from the State of Illinois. |

MEMBERSHIP |
|
While virtually every type of business is represented, approximately half the membership is made up of manufacturers and distributors. Every size organization is represented, with small and medium sized companies in the majority.
Dues are based on company size: $400 per year, plus $2.25 for each full-time and $1.25 for each part-time employee at the time of this application. The toal annual membership dues as so computer shall not be less than $400 nor more than $1525. |
