Widespread labor shortages.....Current deficiencies in skilled workforce.....Changing job requirements in 3 to 5 years...all are indicators of the impending crisis facing American companies as they strive to compete globally. A recently published report from NAM's Manufacturing Institute confirms that a collaborative effort between employers, educators and government is needed to improve the quality of the American workforce.

Responding to this challenge, Fel-Pro's former Co-President, Dennis Kessler, will outline how Fel-Pro has bridged this learning gap through outreach to local schools, job shadowing and internship programs to achieve status as a world class leader in worker satisfaction, benefits and compensation.
