A FOCUS ON PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION
Designed to develop skills and to provide professional credentials, the intensive 9-week certification program is open to both practicing Human Resources professionals and newcomers. The Institute prepares participants to site for the SHRM HRCI certification exams, at both the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) levels. Graduates receive NIBA Human Resource Professional Certification upon completion of the program.

SOLID, PRACTICAL TRAINING IN A HANDS-ON PROGRAM
Based on member needs, the program focuses on job-related information -- the goal is productive, effective skills that can be applied immediately.
Facilitators are long-term professionals, with proven expertise in developing HR departments or adjudicating legal issues. They include a practicing EEOC and labor relations attorney and SHRM Lifetime Certified professionals.
The institute operates in an adult learning environment, where participants learn from peers and facilitators in an open, supportive and collaborative setting.
